• App Store means the Apple App Store where the Application was downloaded.

• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a phone or tablet.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Subscription refers to the access to NovaRead offered on a paid recurring basis.

• You means the individual using the Service, or the entity on whose behalf the individual is using the Service.⸻AcknowledgmentThese Terms govern the use of the Service and form the agreement between You and the Company. By using NovaRead, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree, do not use the Service.You affirm that You are over the age of 18. Please read it carefully.⸻SubscriptionsSubscription PeriodSome parts of the Service require a paid Subscription, billed on a recurring basis (monthly, yearly, etc.). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance.CancellationYou can cancel via your Apple ID account settings. You’ll retain access for the remainder of your billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused portions.BillingYou must provide accurate billing info. If automatic billing fails, an invoice may be sent for manual payment.Fee ChangesNovaRead reserves the right to modify pricing. Changes take effect after the current billing cycle, with notice provided in advance.RefundsAll purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Free TrialsFree Trials may be offered and will convert to paid Subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.⸻AccountsYou agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account. Notify Us of unauthorized use.⸻Content and Intellectual PropertyAll content, design, code, and branding within NovaRead is the property of the Company or its licensors.
